






The better the fit the better the workout! Yesterday made 2 months being consistent in the gym and it feels amazing ๐คฉ im telling you, ladies, cute workout clothes shoes & accessories are considered a health investment. Im sure when you begin to get ready for the gym & show up for yourself you will begin to enjoy it. I can officially say Iโve fallen in love with working out again, & I need it to have a great day.
I reward myself with one outfit a week, for each week of consistently working out. Its my motivation, its what works for me ๐ eventually ill post videos, probably not until 6mo-1year of fitness. I believe i can really show you how to get into working on your body inna fun & stress free way.
Each workout i actively burn 500+ calories. Thatโs 20 minutes stair master, 30 min treadmill at a 12 incline, 15 minute stretch, 30-40 minutes weight training. You only get what you put in ๐ซถ๐ฟ๐ฅ
