






Im so proud of myself for having a strong week in the gym. I haven’t been playing with myself for real! The past month I’ve been going hard. I am all about my mobility and health right now, it’s so important to me. My job requires me to move quickly, carry a lot of equipment, stand long hours, be stiff as hell, so moving my body and stretching helps me to unwind.
I remember during my chemistry class last semester, we were going over complete equations vs net equations, and the concept was soooooo hard for me at first that I zoned out during class and imagined myself going hard at the gym with my headphones blasting Sexyy Red. That’s when I started to appreciate fitness again ! Chemistry is so damn hard that I rather go to the gym than to compute all that! I do love chemistry though but damn!
my mental health, sleep, joints, dancing, everything has improved. I highly recommend adding fitness to your day. Every week I get to feel my body improve, and look cute doing it ! ๐
If you need motivation, buy cute workout fits period. Nothing makes me get up and go than when I feel cute in my gym fit. I gotta treat the gym like an event ! I get ready for it like I’m going out with my girls low-key. It makes it worth it for me. Different things motivate different people too though, I understand everyone that everyone doesn’t want to “dress up” to go to the gym. I try my best to make sure my hair is neat, face is moisturized, outfit is coordinated with a bag to match, my Apple watch, phones, & Beats are charged up, ice cold my Stanley, grab a lil cash and I’m on my way.
Once I get to the gym and get into my workout, the calories and sweat start to motivate me. Im like damn Im going hard, bet I can go harder! And so it is. It’s something to be proud of for prioritizing your health over everything. Right now we are over worked, underpaid, stressed, the nigga narc’ing, the kids screaming, the bills BILLING, coworkers talking shit, baby go to the gym and release alllll that before you curse someone out! For those of you that are sex motivated, sex and fitness go hand in hand ๐ all in all, have fun with it, take things slow, do your research, and feed your body real, good foods. Give it a month and see how amazing you feel and look. You deserve it!
